Women in Waiting was founded by Lashawna Bryant, a visionary leader, entrepreneur, and woman of faith with a deep heart for helping women and young girls grow spiritually, personally, and practically. Through her own journey of waiting seasons, obedience, and purpose discovery, Lashawna recognized a recurring need among women—not just for encouragement, but for clarity, preparation, and real-life application of faith.
Women in Waiting was created to be a safe, empowering space where women are equipped to move beyond passive waiting and begin walking intentionally in their God-given purpose. Lashawna believes that faith should be lived out daily—in decisions, finances, leadership, and calling—and that women are strongest when they are spiritually grounded and practically prepared.
